Looking for drummer and lead guitar for weekly gig

hey LA, what's happening? Looking for drummer and lead guitar for a weekly gig at a small bar. Fridays and Saturdays (9:00-12:00) are booked up past Halloween, but some weeknights (8-10) are available, including many Wednesdays and Sundays. There’s also the potential for opening (6-8:30), as the schedule fills up. I’m flexible with your schedule and preferences I’m a local, not an employee, who’s been doing some advertising and recruiting for the joint. Nice little comfortable neighborhood bar. Easy parking, no cover. Sometimes packed, sometimes almost empty. Real low stress environment if you don’t have a lot of stage experience yet, but fire coded to about 50. (Search “Book your band” for info in other ad) i have over 100 rock, blues, country, and punk songs ready to go, some loud and noisy, some slow and whiny, some silly, some serious, all kinds of stuff. if you write and sing, too, that's great. I’ve played some of my songs there with a cover band and alone, but maybe getting in one of my songs per night isn’t doing it for me anymore, and I played alone too much during this stupid pandemic isolation. Anyway, I’m not interested in trying to copy or mimic old recordings but in making something new with others who like to jam. My songs have very weird lyrics, but they’re supposed to sound good and be fun to play. Almost every drummer I’ve met is first set up, with more gear than anyone else, and sits around waiting most of the time for everyone else to get their decisions together. If you’ve tired of that, I like playing my songs one after another, snap, snap. As for guitar players, I’m not looking for someone to strum chords along with me but to blast away with melody right on top of the lyrics, as you can hear in my very rough drafts below.
