Friendly visitor for Senior father

We moved dad into a cute little retirement community on Scott Blvd. I thought he'd like being around other "silvers" and join in the fun activities they have. It turns out, that he's a quality time guy- one on one. He's recently divorced from a wretch of a woman, (not my mother). And I think he's missing the feel of having a partner. So we'd love for his visitor to be a lady. We ask that you be vaccinated, a non-smoker, politically liberal, (yes, at almost 80 Dad is still a hippie at heart) and someone with a good sense of humor.
