Clean out a basement. I am estimating there are two pickup loads of stuff in a basement that is accessed through the outside. There are a lot of doors and a few pieces of small furniture that could probably go to habitat or humanity or used for some purpose. I don't care what happens to it. The rest are boxes of junk/ garbage and some items that would appear in an old basement such has nails, paint cans, etc, there is also a large stack of wood in the crawlspace next to the basement. Because it needs to go up stairs and be walked a short distance to a truck I would estimate this would take a person three hours if they keep moving. Could be wrong. I can pay $150.
