Hello... my Name is John. And I am a 37year Male that wants to pay you to Transform Your Body into a Bodybuilders Body in One year... Training is at Golds Gym in 1131 Merritt Blvd Dundalk, MD 21222 on Sundays 6pm-10pm. Training will be Once a week so that you can Recover in 6days. I will Pick you up from your home if you don't have a Car. And this will be a 50week ($20/day) Training Session that I will Pay You and Train You. The reason why I am doing this is because I am In-Shape... but I need a Training Partner for Motivation and to Spot me when I am Lifting Weights... And I will Spot you when you are Lifting Weights... This Opportunity is only for somebody with the RIGHT Motivation... you don't have to be fit... but you do have to be willing to work VERY Hard for 4hours... Bodybuilders look the way that they look.... because they Hit EVERY Body Part with Heavy Weights (Sometimes)... and they do 1hour of Intense Cardio. So this workout will be VERY, VERY, VERY Hard. We will Start out Easy... But will get Intense in a few Weeks. So if you are not willing to Experience Great Pain or Lift Heavy Weights... Then this is not for you.
