7 month lab/pit mix

Looking to re-home a beautiful male lab/pit mix. 7 months old. He is a very spunky puppy that loves to get into trouble, so you'd have to be willing to put in some training time. He is starting to show signs of resource guarding. So if he has a toy/treat/food, sometimes (not all times) he may guard it and growl at anyone that gets close. But again, he is young and needs to be trained otherwise. I just want to make sure I am honest upfront so that you know what your dealing with and he will go to the right home.
