We are looking for a part time babysitter with the hope of finding a full time nanny for our 7 years old son. Beau is very sweet, very outgoing, and full of energy. He needs someone who he can play and have fun with, but also who is comfortable with being firm. Our home is on 5 acres with plenty of space and a play room full of toys. We limit screen time, so it’s important that you are someone who likes to interact with activities, sports, games, etc. We are looking for the following: 1. MINIMUM of an 18 month commitment, but ideally someone who wants to be with a family for several years. 2. My husband and I both work from home, but our jobs can be very demanding. We have flexibility, but we need someone who is reliable, when we schedule we can count on. 3.We travel often throughout the year for work and need someone willing to accompany us on our travel or be comfortable staying home with Beau. 4. Long weekend overnights may be needed every month or two. We have a guest room with a private bathroom so you’d have your own space. 5. Help with cooking and cleaning such as dishes, vacuuming, light grocery shopping etc. We are really looking for someone who wants to become like a member of our family, we totally understand that you will have a life outside of “work,” but it’s our goal to help this not feel too much like “work”.
