I need a contractor to finish a project started to fix a 1.5" sag in the middle of bedroom. We have a sinking joist. A contractor has already made the concrete footings for the new post. So all we need is -Install 5 Jack posts approx 40linear feet. -Replace a floor joist approx 30 linear ft to keep floor level, -Replace existing block work approx 20linear feet* 3 feet high. Install Hardy board approx 10 linear ft. Ready immediately. Will pay cash upon completion. We also pay for material and permits too.
