Party captain and decorator/event coordination

I am looking for a experienced service captain: Food: You will warm up catered food and plate it and then serve as well. There will be 2-3 other servers and 1 bartender you will need to guide throughout the event. Appetizers will have to be passed around by the servers, you will need to manage this process in a timely manner. Dinner will be buffet style served by the 2 servers, thus you will need knowledge on how to present the food and make it look nice and elevated! Must have prior experience in service and hospitality. 2 References required and photos of previous jobs requested. Instagram requested. Bar: Must be able to make specialty signature cocktails and mocktails and direct bartender. We will decide the menu in advance together. Prior experience in bartending private events required. References required. Photos of signature drinks requested. Instagram requested. Decor: Will need to arrive early to help with decor. Blowing up helium balloons. Need to direct staff and also help clean up everything along the way and once party ends. Date: September 18, 6-10PM Event: 40th birthday party in a private residence for 50 people Must be familiar and comfortable working in spaces with the LGBT community!
