Need to rehome laying hens

I have to rehome our 3 hens (2 Wyndottes and one Dark Brahma). Laying well. I've been diagnosed with "chicken fancier's lung," otherwise known as interstitial lung disease. Serious stuff. The chickens have to go. The coop as well. Free to good home. Pick up in West Philly.
