Small dog needs a good home

We have a 5 year old dog that we need to rehome. He doesn't get along with our other dog at all. He would be best suited for a home with no other dogs. When he is by himself he is a sweetie. Loves to lay in your lap. He really loves to have his belly rubbed. We don't know what he's mixed with but our vet said possibly Havanese and long haired dachshund. He's about 23 pounds. There is a $50 rehoming fee. We really care a lot about him and want him to go to a good home. You can text me at 919753three483.
