I am in need of an honest, trustworthy, hard working person who can pass a background check and work hourly on the books (over the table). I am seeking someone who could be available long-term 10-40 hours per week. Wages negotiable depending on skills, work ethic, experience, and availability. I appreciate someone who is self-directed and will spot things that need to be done, and have ideas for improvement. I have 18 acres and 4 structures in need of care including yard clean up, mowing, landscaping, grading, fence repair, animal management, construction:building, and potentially much more.
