On Hanna Rd between Whitaker and Debuel. Light brown male with white patch on chest, black collar, and NC rabies tag. 7:20am on 8/20/21. If this is your dog, please call All Creatures Animal Hospital at Sunset & 41. They are holding the body in case the owner wishes to say goodbye and/or obtain the body.
