The republican party once stood for conservatism. Now a days, not so much. There are still traditional conservative republicans, but these people have lost their voice. Radical extremist republicans have commandeered the party. Radical extremists who call themselves republicans have taken over the party. The ONLY reason why these extremists call themselves repuiblicans is because Donald Trump calls himself a republican. These sheep will side with Trump at every opportunity.
