Machining and Odd Workshop Jobs - Help wanted

We're looking for a general assistant for various tasks in a cool indoor workshop. You must provide your own transportation and shifts vary from 4-10 hours, paid in cash or paypal. Ideally, we'd like someone to come fill in 20-30 hours a week. The primary qualification for this job is an interest in the field of Nerf, as we will be attending games/events and discussing shop regularly. Any experience with tools and engineering is a plus. This is a detail orientated but relatively relaxed work environment located in the basement, I will be working alongside you either teaching you or doing my own work. The goal is for you to become independent, and to be able to operate without my prescience. Tasks will include 3D printing, machining, assembly, calibration, packaging, moving etc. The entire job is making these toy nerf blasters and related gadgets: Please email me your resume and a brief description about yourself. We also play a bit of Catan and video games throughout the week in addition to the nerf games. These are not mandatory, but highly recommended. Wage is $12.5 and moves to $15 when you can match my skill level. Then it will move towards $20 as you begin to surpass me.
