Looking to hire an experienced framer and laborer for very busy framing contractor. We build simple ranch style homes to million dollar homes and everything in between. Framers should have at least one year's experience framing new homes and decks. Should know the basic process of how a house is put together and have an eagerness to become a better framer. No experience needed for Laborers but is definitely helpful. Must have own transportation to job sites in Worcester. If you need to be on the phone 20 times a day or have outside issues that prevent you from working 40 hours a week this probably isn't the job for you.
