You don't want to miss our first annual fundraising banquet "A Night of Restoration" with a fun and local flair! Restoration an act of restoring or the condition of being restored: such as bringing back to a former position or condition , the restoration of peace Join us for a night of fun at Dandy in Milwaukee with a delicious farm to table dinner generously provided by The Gardens Wedding Center. Menu includes: • Barbecue Braised Pulled Pork - Pork butt rubbed with an in-house barbecue seasoning and braised in a spicy garlic sauce. Served with a pit style barbecue sauce. • Blackened Chicken Breasts with a Honey Lemon Aioli - Chicken tenders seared in a blackening rub and served with a honey lemon aioli. • Chipotle Orange Glazed Tofu (Vegan) - Thick cut firm tofu fried to a golden goodness and marinated in a chipotle orange mango sauce. • Italian Macaroni and Cheese - Buttery spiral pasta tossed with diced tomatoes, fresh spinach, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, and an herb seasoned alfredo sauce. • Garlic Fried Green Beans - French green beans fried and tossed with an herb garlic butter. • Watermelon Arugula Salad - Juicy watermelon tossed with peppery arugula, parmesan cheese, shaved red onions and a balsamic reduction. Coffee provided by Valentine coffee and deserts provided locally TBA Doors open at 5:45 with the event beginning prompty at 6 pm. Besides amazing food the night will also include live music, a silent auction/raffle baskets with donations from local businesses, interactive pieces including craftsmanship from Custom Cottage, and a new One Hope 27 video debut!
