For today (Sunday 8/21) at 1PM: Help lift a projector together with a team from a rail to the ground. Only qualification is to be willing to help lift heavy things. $25 fixed pay. Could take as little as 30 min, at most ~1 hour. Location is in heart of Downtown Brooklyn, with lots of Subway stations around, so easy to access despite the storm.
