Sound Healing Boat Cruise with Wine and Hors d'oeuvres Sound Bowl Meditation with Cesar Valero in benefit of See The World Education Sound Healing at Night on the Water: We will be cruising around Biscayne Bay at Night. Cesar Valero provides Sound Healing sessions using different Quartz, Singing Bowls and Native American Flute sounds among others. The Singing Bowls will be illuminated. Wine and small bites will be included. This type of therapy offers several benefits: · Reduces Stress and anxiety · Improves Circulation and Improve Blood Flow · Deep Relaxation and Pain Relief · Increase Mental and emotional Clarity · Promotes Stillness , Happiness and well being Music and sound are two very powerful tools that have been used for centuries to celebrate or commemorate moments; they affect our emotions in various ways depending on the lyrics or the vibration of what is being played. In sound therapy, when the sound waves reach our ears, they travel directly to our brain, and from there those waves are delivered to the rest of our body triggering responses, releasing hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our emotions. The goal of this Therapy is to quiet the mind and relax the whole body to accomplish a state of bliss. The boat leaves at 8:30 p.m. please arrive in advance. All proceeds go towards providing free inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Every ticket sold goes towards a free ticket for someone with a disability.
