Checked back at 7:48 pm. He is no longer there. Little male dog hanging outside of Dollar General. Intact, not neutered. Will not let anyone close to him, but he goes back to lying just outside the doors. He does have water to drink. Intersection of Poplar Tent and Eva and Rock Hill Church Rd.
