GP Fund Solutions is turning 10! Join us in Boston for a weekend of activities for you and your spouse to celebrate this milestone. It is you, the dedicated employees, who accelerate and sustain a company. So please join us as GP Fund Solutions celebrates the 10th anniversary of our company! You and your spouse/life partner are invited to Boston, MA from Sept 17-19, 2021 for a weekend of activities to celebrate this milestone. There will be 2 separate registration sites. This first one will be focused on TRAVEL details. The second registration will be out soon with events, meals, and activity details (including special accommodation requests). Quick Info: Thursday, Sept 16th arrival is available, though no formal events are happening that evening. Hotel check-in begins at 4pm.Employee should arrive no later than 10 AM Friday September 17th for mandatory group “work” day.If joining you, your Spouse/Life Partner can arrive anytime that works for them. They can begin participating in group activities evening of September 17th.18th day is fun group activities.18th evening is our formal celebration event.Check out on Sunday, Sept 19 is at 11am. There are no scheduled activities that day.Attendance Required– if you have a conflict for any of the days please contact Carolyn.Roommate bonus – if you and another GPFS employee would like to share a room, please indicate that in the registration and with who. Each GPFS roommate will earn $125 credit/gift card.Travel methods: Employees located in NY, MA, CT – drive (free parking at hotel) All other locations – fly to Logan Airport – in air flight time 3 hours or less both employee and spouse coach seat reimbursed. Flight more than 3 hours both and employee and spouse coach comfort seat reimbursed. Please book flights by end of June if at all possible.
