I'm in the process of opening up a packing and shipping franchise on the upper west side. I'm searching for investors to obtain 65k to 95k in capital. I really appreciate your support with this project. To open the store in Manhattan, it requires a project budget of about $250,000. Of that $250,000 we would need about $80,000 (investment funds we are raising) in liquid capital to obtain the SBA project loan. To give you context, on average a store is doing about $600K in revenue, and the highest performing store did about 3.7 million. I already created the LLC so now I need to raise the funds to complete the initial application and obtain the SBA loan. I already pitched five potential investors last week, so I want to have the funds raised by the end of September ideally. The presentation is a very brief overview. Also, in terms of finding a commercial lease I don’t want to pay more than $3,500 per month. On average you need about 400 to 800 square feet to operate the store. In terms of a timeline for the store opening it can take between 1-5 months. I'm offering a 14% annualized ROI, with 24 month to 30 month investment length.
