Description

A series of workshops covering methods to stay calm and productive under duress and how to identify and cope with misinformation. An uncommon but powerful pairing. Doc. Jeffery Zimmerman of Harmonetik's will introduce breath and energy work alongside a military psychological operations specialist, John Kirbow, will cover how to identify misinformation and disinformation campaigns and how they affect our psyche. Jesse Levin a disaster response and emergency economic stability specialist will discuss the importance of community and how and why The Readiness Collective came to be. In a world filled with constant disruptions and seemingly ever increasing divisiveness, it is important to learn to remain calm, centered and connected. Breath work and informed situational awareness go a long way to preparing you to thrive in your profession as a responder, veteran or everyday community member. The workshop will entail stories, light physicality and presentations from combat to disaster zones.
