Join us in this healing weekly event. More than just meditation (:
Here is the structure (with room for flexibility lol):
- Saying "hi" to each other, short check-in/sharing
- Brief Breathwork exercise
- Guided Meditation (themes will vary: confidence, gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, relaxation, balance,..)
- Sharing circles that encourage vulnerability in a safe space
- Surprises here and there (soundhealing, home-made vegan snacks, hot tea,...)
This is for you if you want to:
- feel connected to yourself, others, and nature
- feel peaceful
- feel nurtured
What you will walk away with:
- Feeling of connection
- Depth and healing
- Warm, loving and authentic support
This weekly event is an opportunity for you to take care of yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. A great way to practice #selfcare.
