$35/hour. All jobs by the bid to start. Investor/Owner of rentals is seeking help with remodel projects. Would like to start with a few small projects and see how things go...as a first project I am needing help with a kitchen remodel, specifically installing a new kitchen counter top (quartz). The project would include pick-up and delivery of counter, cutting the counter for the sink and faucet and installing both. Important attributes: - valid driver's license, clean criminal record - own tools - works well with others - can follow detailed plans to complete project - energy to work a full 8 hour day during larger projects Key skills: all aspects of residential remodeling from start to finish Please send the following: - references
