We are gathering to peacefully protest to raise awareness of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan. We will meet at the Bryant Park steps on 6th Ave & W 41st St at 2 pm EST and march towards the United Nations. With that being said, please adhere to the following guidelines: Masks are mandatory Be on your best behavior, as we are representing our Afghan community and want to be seen in the best lightGroup organizers will be leading chants on megaphones, please follow those chants onlyDuring speeches, please respect speakers and allow them to address the crowdNo hate speech or hateful chants are allowedDo not stray away from the protest group during our route Do not litterWhen the protest is done, please help clean the area so it is clean when we depart
