What should I expect from Creative Cacao Ceremonies?Kat invites you to come with an open heart and mind. She will guide you to connect with yourself through a ceremonial grade cup of cacao and therapeutic art. This plant medicine relaxes your heart and brain at least 40%. Not only will cacao improve your sleep, it will also help promote deep meditation, and releases any emotional restraints we hold in our heart. We all have something we need to work on; this ceremony will allow you to speak from the heart and slowly heal from within. As you go about your day and days ahead, the ceremony will be a reminder to ease your heart and help give you mental clarity.  What is Reiki, Ritual for Abundance?Reiki is an excellent healing modality to clean out energetic blockages within the body. This energy activates the natural healing processes of the body, restoring physical and emotional well-being. By combining Reiki energy work with ritual work, we not only receive the healing & balancing benefits of Reiki, but it also sets our energetic bodies up for receiving blessings. Combined with the energy of the new moon, we are set up with the perfect trifecta of power for manifestation. As the moon grows into a full moon, so do your petitions and intentions.  What happens during the ceremony?The ceremony can take between 2-2.5 hours. Please drink a lot of water throughout the ceremony to keep your body hydrated.  Kat and Kim will invite you into the circle as we will smoke cleanse your auric field and have you set intentions into your candle.  Kat will open the space up with light breathwork and sound therapy. Kim will be dressing and preparing all the candles for ritual with herbs, oils, and flowers that coordinate with the overall theme of Abundance.  Giving gratitude and honoring the sacred spirit of Cacao.  After your first sip of cacao, you will move to a lying down position. At this point Kim will light all the candles, activate the spell work, and we will begin a guided meditation and reiki energy healing. Kim will be walking around to each one of you for some hands-on reiki work.  Set intentions with oracle card reading, art activity, and share our intentions in the sacred circle. Cacao is not a hallucinogenic or psychedelic, but your imagination might heighten in the best ways.  Close the space with light stretches and free flow dancing with more sound healing.  Thank the space one more time. Know that you will go on about your day with a sense of community, a lighter heart, and a nourished body to take you on your path wherever it may be.
