If you have a cat, that cat needs to stay indoors. I have a dog, and I don't let him wander around neighborhoods pooping, peeing and killing. My kid's sandbox was constantly used as a litter box. More importantly, I have lost 4 chickens to cats because their owners don't seem to care about their neighbors. My last chicken was amazing. She was killed by a cat even though we did everything in our power to create a safe place for her. KEEP YOUR CATS INSIDE!
