A housewarming party, two birthdays, and a welcome party all rolled into one Hi everyone! Our apartment has a bunch of things to celebrate, both past and current. We have a new housemate, William, who is moving in to start grad school this fall - so, this is a welcome party! But also, Anna and Bobby both have birthdays in September, so ... it's also a double birthday party! We originally moved into this apartment last summer, but miss Rona made it impossible to host a housewarming party then, so ... we'll just add it to the list of things to celebrate. COVID PRECAUTIONS: All three of the people living in the apartment are fully vaccinatedOur apartment has a window that converts to an open-air balcony, central air, and a Honeywell air purifier - hopefully, that counts as "well ventilated!"Decisions on masks, proof of vaccination, and proof of negative COVID tests are still being decided - we will let you know soon what the requirements will beTransportation & parking: After RSVPing, we will send you the details of how to find our apartment either via email or textOur building is literally around the corner from San Pedro Square - it's accessible by car, bus, East Bay BART(+ bus from Berryessa), and CalTrain (Diridon Station). We don't have guest parking in the building :( but there is free street parking after 6pm. It can be hard to find a spot on weekend nights - the closest garage is just a block away at 45 N San Pedro St. Details: The category is: musicians!
