Fall McAuliffe Aide Training (Teen MAT) Our purpose is to align our philosophy and practice in aiding as we enter the middle school years. We’ll supplement and extend our ideas of best practice in aiding, updating our knowledge of our growing students and their development as we go. You’ll use your aiding (and parenting) challenges and experiences to work in teams to consider challenging aiding situations and strategies for managing them. The class is held just ONE time each year in the fall on SIX consecutive Saturday mornings, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9 and 10/16. Location:TBD Completion of a Teen MAT course is a one-time requirement for at least one member (preferably the aiding parent) of all middle school families. You’ll get the most out of Teen MAT by attending all six sessions Thank you all for your committment to this training. We look forward to seeing you!
