Assuming a reasonably healthy balanced diet, it is not what you eat that matters, but what you digest. It is not only what you digest but what you assimilate and eliminate. He began his career as a virologist for National Drug Company working under government security clearance. Q fever, RMSF, Chikungunya, tularemia and various equine encephalomyelitis viruses were grown and studied. Leaving that chapter far behind, Mr Thurston ended in sales and that led to organic agriculture.
