Re-homing a sweet 6 year old lab mix

Hello, we are looking for a new home for our 6 year old lab mix, Niobe. This has been a very difficult decision to make, but we feel it is for the best if she goes to a home that can better fit her needs. A little bit about Niobe: She is 6 years old, and is a lab mix. Niobe LOVES to be indoors, LOVES to be pet and cuddled and loves to snuggle with her people under blankets. She follows several commands, and is overall an obedient dog. While she does not particularly enjoy being left outside alone, she loves going for walks, hiking, and playing in the snow! Niobe is vocal - she likes to bark, and will alert you if a stranger is near. She is a very loyal and protective girl. She does occasionally like to eat small clothing items (like socks) but, she does not chew on or tear up any other items. Niobe is currently up to date on all vaccines, and is taking Nexgard to keep those pesky fleas away. The biggest reason we need to re-home Niobe is that she has shown aggression towards our other dog. Fortunately, Niobe has never displayed aggression towards other pets, dogs, or people. It just seems to be our other dog that gets on her nerves. This has caused us to keep the dogs separated in our home, and we cannot provide her with the life she deserves in this current situation. We will also be moving into a smaller home soon, and that will further limit the space Niobe has. Our hope is for Niobe to go to a home with lots of play space and loving humans to give her all the love and affection she deserves.
