Join us each Sunday at 10:00am for Power Yoga Flow in The Village of Providence! Purchase your tickets ahead of time via Eventbrite and please bring your own mat! $13 covers your Yoga sesh and first beer, glass of wine or bottled Kombucha! Due to June/July weather (rain and heat) we will be practicing indoors, and reducing class size to 15. Alternating instructors weekly...check out Facebook & Instagram for this week's instructor.
