Only City of Detroit Employees The Employee LEAP program is a series of workshops giving participants the necessary skills and knowledge to make them more productive, efficient, and valuable in the organization. The LEAP acronym stands for: •L – Learn •E – Engage •A – Apply •P – Perform Once participants learn the material, participants engage with it using interactive workshop activities. Then, they apply the material in their work environment and perform to the best of their abilities having acquired new talent and skills. Note: Registration is required to validate attendance and receive course materials. Use the following Zoom link to access the course 10 minutes prior to the class start time to anticipate potential technical issues: https://cityofdetroit.zoom.us/j/84100633415 *Participants can earn .4 CEU's per 4-hour course. Participants must: Attend the entire 4-hour course.Arrive on time and sign in.Participate in each activity.
