I am needing a Individual Provider that is authorized by the state to work, and be paid. I am in need of someone that has a flexible schedule to assist me with help in taking me to some doctors appointments, and going grocery shopping. I could use someone to run, and pick up things for me when needed. The hours you would have to work with would be 12 a month. You will also be paid for mileage Please have your own transportation.
