I'd like to start by saying that I am 37 year old woman with a clean past. I have no children or husband. I have my own home/car and I work part time and run a small non-profit organization. Recently I was pulled over and charged with a DUI but I had not been drinking. They charged me anyway because I refused to take a sobriety test. I didn't take the test because the anxiety caused my blood pressure to go sky high and I new that I was in no condition to take any sort of test. There is more to my story and I am willing to tell the right person everything as well as provide proof. So now I need a lawyer and I am seeking some sort of help in anyway. Bailing out of jail took all my savings and my whole paycheck. I need support, moral support, good advice. I am new to this situation and dont want to go through this alone. I'm also quite lonely so I am open to anyone who can help. Thank You.
