Job Summary Assist in the preparation of food products; obtain necessary ingredients and clean food preparation equipment, utensils and work areas. Job Description Prepares the daily soups, sauces, cold foods, etc. Work doing anything related with Sauté Station and Grill Carefully follows recipes while preparing all assigned items Inspects presentation of food items to ensure that quality standards are met Apply to all aspects of daily operating routine, the Company Values Attend all required departmental, training Assist other employees whenever possible Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices Cleans assigned work station areas Returns soiled food preparation utensils and small ware items to the proper areas Responsible for prep work for following shift/day Reports to Executive Chef, Sous Chef Internal Qualifications Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures Present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all time while on property Must be punctual and prepared for each day External Qualifications Experience in full service kitchens Culinary certification or work-related experience preferred Must be able to work weekends and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand for long periods of time
