Selling sick puppies/If anyone can help

Hi everyone i purchased a mini dachshund on August 10,2021. Jaime said he was up to date on vaccines and healthy. On the way home he vomited i figured he was car sick and didnt think much but the next day he kept throwing up. Didn't want to eat much We took him to the vet and they said he was dehydrated they gave him medicine for the vomiting and antibiotics. We contacted jaime. And he said he gave us a healthy puppy. Well needless to say the puppy passed away was wondering if anyone else that purchased puppy from this man and had issue with their puppy. If anyone has info on this man i would appreciate it. Would like for him to pay us back
