mechanic needed to install last alternator bolt

Have 2003 v6 Toyota Highlander. removed alternator. Have positioned new alternator. 14mm anchor bolt (a) and 12 mil tensioner bolt (c) installed. Cannot get side bolt (b) to line up. Been trying 2 hours. $50 to install last bolt and tension belt. Looking for ASAP & Knowledgable applicant. West Ashley
