Description

RICHFIELD, MN — The Minnesota Department of Transportation is looking for input on the plans for its Highway 77 project between Richfield and Apple Valley. The project will extend from Interstate 494 in Richfield to 138th Street in Apple Valley and will address mobility, safety, and traffic flow issues. "Public input will feed the evaluation process in determining what projects are possible," transit officials said in a news release. "The study team will create a plan on how and when to implement the chosen projects. It is anticipated that some improvements can be wrapped into a pavement project tentatively scheduled for 2026." Residents can take the Highway 77 survey here.
