An award winning Home Staging Company is seeking a warehouse manager to manage operations in our 2600 sq ft warehouse on a part-time basis. The individual will work Mon-Friday from 9:00 am to 3 pm daily. We are looking for someone that has a positive and energetic attitude and that is a team player. Candidate must be self-motivated, innovative, dependable, reliable and willing to work. We will only contact individuals that meet our qualification requirements and that provide a cover letter and a resume with their experience. Below are the duties, skills and knowledge we are seeking. Individual will be required to lift furniture, go up and down ladders, move furniture around the warehouse and drive a 14 ft box truck. At least one year of warehouse experience is preferable. Duties Plan, oversee & participate in warehouse operations and activities for the company. Oversee/manage movers/drivers Manage schedule for jobs Manage warehouse inventory Organize warehouse inventory and furniture Unload and load furniture for staging jobs Drive 14 ft box Truck to and from staging jobs as needed Clean and maintain furniture in good clean and usable condition Place and pull furniture/inventory from shelves Maintain cleanliness of warehouse at all times Maintain Truck ensuring it's in good working condition Utilize hand tools as required and do minor repairs/touch ups to warehouse furniture Assembling furniture Perform other duties as assigned Abilities Required Must Have a Validate Driver's license and safe driving record Plan, oversee and participate in warehouse operations Lift heavy items up to 100 lbs Receive, organize and place furniture accordingly on shelves Stock furniture Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to manage a team of contractors Knowledge Required At least one year experience of warehouse operations, proper & orderly storage, optimizing space utilization and stock furniture procedures Proper lifting techniques Organization skills Ability to drive a 14 ft box truck Knowledge of google sheets preferred but not required
