ISO / looking for small pup / doggo FTGH

Hello there. I am seeking out a small dog, preferably a puppy, to be trained as an emotional support animal. I have been dealing with a mountain of health issues and while I have a few kitties whom I love to bits, they don't quite enjoy traveling and are very much... their own "purr-suns" LOL. I would love a Yorkie or a Frenchie or a Daushaund or a Corgi. The thing is that I am unable to pay a crazy "rehoming" fee... I am sorry but $250 is buying a dog not a rehoming fee. I will have expenses to have them trained and certified, as well as all my own expenses currently.
