Friday 8-20-21 4pm to around 4:30. To the two women around 60 years old with very short hair that was mixed grey, driving a newer white or light silver Toyota Prius from at least Roseville to Stillwater east on highway 36 going just 55mph in the LEFT LANE: You weren’t accomplishing anything good! Did you notice the people who had to use extra gasoline trying to get around you in the right lane? The speed limit is 65mph from about a mile east of Fleet Farm to a mile west of Stillwater. There are usually State Patrol cars out there to catch the idiots going too fast and I wish that they would have seen you because you were breaking the law holding up traffic in the left lane. You could have gotten a ticket with a fine. Did you see the young woman behind you in the red Toyota convertible? She was really patient and she was waiting for you to follow the state motor vehicle laws and move over to the right lane.
