Found Large Brown / Tan and White Underbelly Dog wandering Fredericksburg HEB Pa

I just saw this friendly Brown / Tan and White dog (possibly female not sure) wandering in the parking lot of the Fredericksburg Rd / Hildebrand Deco District HEB. I just wanted to post in case it's owner is looking for leads. I can't provide further information apart from this was on 8-21-21 @ 9pm. I can't take it home and I don't have a car to take it to a shelter. Seems super friendly like a house pet and it looks like it's looking for it's home / owner. Thanks for looking.
