Very Relational Cat

This cat loves to talk on all your breaks - mostly cat gossip. She is quite a talker and would be especially good for someone hard of hearing who wants a very relational cat that seeks out attention for the first 5 minutes after you walk into its space. It is not a good mouser cat and would love to be an inside cat. Seems to be litter box trained for the times when we put a litter box in its small pen area when we needed it constrained, but normally we have kept it outside. It stays close to the house.
