Spotted - wandering dog, corner of Harrison of Bedford (near Herndon and Palm). 1:00 pm Saturday 8/21. Largish pit bull or similar breed, brown with white head and feet, friendly disposition, pink collar with no tag. I was on foot, so I couldn't do much, but posting this in case someone sees it.
