Loose dog spotted at Airport Express Market

Spotted a loose dog. Hungry and thirsty. Nervous but curious. Couldn't get near enough to catch him. Called animal control but have heard nothing from them. Maybe someone recognizes or has ability to catch him.issong some hair, dirty, no collar that I could see. Seems lonely... Poor little guy. I'm in a transitional facility and can't leave again until Monday. I go by the market on my way to work. Will look for him again. Any help appreciated.
