We install locally manufactured custom storage systems in Oregon & Southwest Washington From the Rookie to the Master Craftsman, we have room for all on our team: on the job training is offered at every level! We are a performance based culture. Starting Pay is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on qualifications with opportunity to advance as productivity and quality increases with experience. Based on provided designs and components, Installation Specialists construct, erect, install, and repair custom storage systems and accessories using laminate wood, edge-banding, hardware, and other materials, requiring basic skills with hand tools and power tools. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, garages, and other spaces in customer's homes. Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to properly and efficiently install systems (full training provided). Assemble and install systems of varying complexity. Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes. Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order. Install systems independently or with team members, depending on the size of the job. Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations. Install materials safely and maintain safety standards at all times. Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and safely maintaining company-provided vehicles. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Passion for Customer Service Must have and maintain valid drivers license and clean driving record Pass criminal Background Check Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
