found phone near 61st and hind in alki area

Description

Found this phone trying to return it to the owner. Picked up near 61st and hind street in Alki. Must be able to call it /describe wall paper and or give IMEI number to retrieve before meeting up as I want this to go back to its rightful owner. I have it charging to keep it active. Unable to use any settings/voice service to try and call to return.
