Need patient and caring person to take in partly feral kitten

I have a kitten not sure if it is male or female, that needs to be further tamed. Their sister was taken in by HS, so there is hope. The kitten will not attack. It will hide and hiss. I need someone with time on their hands. The kitten is completely free and they come with stuff. You would just need an enclosed space or kennel for the kitten.
