Older songwriter/bassist seeks collaborators for original music.

I'm in my 40s. Late 40s. Not necessarily looking for same, but would like similar reference points. Looking for collaboration on original music. Sort of punk-ish influenced, for lack of a better term. Influences on my writing/style are the Replacements, the Gaslight Anthem, Social Distortion, the Smithereens, Thin Lizzy, Tom Petty, and Creedence, among others. Some weird Venn diagram of 80s/90s Alt rock, Americana, punk, 70s guitar rock, power pop, and "singer/songwriter" (old Elvis Costello, Joe Jackson. Etc) I mainly play bass, and am a (fairly poor) singer and guitarist. Obviously, I'd like to play bass at the end of the day. I write, and have a bunch of songs I'm willing to work with, and am looking to write collaboratively. Looking for co-conspirators to write, work out arrangements, and form a band. Record and gig, but with obviously limited expectations of "wild success". Have fun, write songs, make cool records, play some gigs. I have available practice space w PA, etc. I have good gear, and years of experience, but have been out of the original music game for awhile, currently have a bar band cover band. Not looking for the band to be our life.
